'Patients who use the service were given appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. All of the patients we spoke with told us that costs of treatments had always been discussed and written down along with the treatment plan for them to take home.
One patient said, "I have had to have a tooth removed and they have given me three choices about what I want to do with the gap that has left. They have already spent a lot of time explaining each treatment to me. I have now come away and they have told me to take my time and then call to make an appointment when I have decided what I want done".'
